The Waccamaw Neck Democrats have adopted a highway on Pawley's Island. We've "adopted" the stretch of highway 17 from the South Causeway north to (about) the Pawleys Island
Post Office. Watch for us soon as we help to keep our town beautiful!
We'd like to get to know you. We meet the first Monday of every month, 6 p.m., at the Waccamaw Library at Pawleys Island.
We explore issues vital to the health of our nation and its people, as well as the full range of local issues important to our economy, education, environment and safety.
We interview candidates for office. And we discuss innovative ways to encourage people to vote.
Above all, we enjoy getting to know each other and experiencing the support of other progressive people in our neighborhood.
